Upcoming Ski Preparations
- February 12th during the noon fellowship meal: Each participant is required to bring a desert (You may opt out for $50 extra fee to cover part of the underwriting cost of the trip. Please contact me if you are opting out). Bring your desert(s) Sunday before noon to be displayed during the meal for the silent and live actions. Please bring ready to present on a disposable plate. Tables will be set up in the Gym with blank bid cards. Fill out the information on the card and place it next to your dessert.
- February 19th @ 5:30 - Mandatory Parent/Participants Meeting & Worship at Efree (The meeting will last apporximatly about one hour). Final balances will be due at this time! We will have a balance sheet available that will show credits for fundraising and deposits. If you need to know in advance please call the office or e-mail kelly@hcefree.org.
Basic Ski Info and Packing List 2012
Trip Dates: March 11th-15th, 2012
Registration: Sign up by completing you medical form and rental form online. Reserve your spot with the $50 deposit that is due before each registration deadlines. If you do not submit a deposit by the deadlines above your cost will increase to the next amount. A parent and the participant must submit the Efree indemnity with payment. These are available here (Efree indemnity) or at the office.
Plan: Leave on March 11th at 12:00 AM (midnight), Ski March 12-14, Return to Fredericksburg on the night of March 15th.

What’s Included: All transportation costs, lodging, ski rental, & all food while in Colorado. (Each individual must pay for 3 meals during travel time)
